Shipping policy
We use drop shippers to ship a number of our products. Policies concerning shipping are largely set by these drop shipping providers. We hope to provide the best experience we possibly can for all of our clients but we realize that some variables are outside our control. If you experience a shipping problem, please notify us immediately at amaldaninc@gmail.com. We will attempt to make right anything we can. We When shipping tracking indicates a product has been delivered we will assume this to be the case and amaldaninc@gmail.com is not responsible to replace any item that is stolen from a delivery location. Please know that we are not a small family owned business attempting to do business under Godly standards and as such are not able to replace shipments that were delivered. If you are not satisfied with the condition due to damages occurring during shipment of the product on arrival please contact us immediately and we will do what we can as a refund or replacement. While we want your experience this time and going forward to be a pleasant one we ask all clients to consider that the burden for incidents that occur during shipping will be born at least in part by the purchaser.
